Respected instructors and dear participants, Good day to you all. Time flies and the training program has come to a successful conclusion. Today marks the official closing of the 2026 International Security Officer Training Program hosted by the International Criminal Police Academy. On behalf of the Academy, I would like to extend my warm congratulations to all participants who have completed all courses and passed the comprehensive assessment. My sincere gratitude also goes to the lecturing experts, practical‑training instructors and all staff members who have worked tirelessly for this program. The current global security landscape is complex and volatile, with traditional risks intertwined with non‑traditional security threats. Cross‑border risk prevention and control, emergency response, VIP protection and crisis management set higher requirements for the professionalism, practical capabilities and professional ethics of international security practitioners. This training program is designed to build a professional platform for learning and exchange, cultivate versatile security talents, strengthen comprehensive capacities including risk analysis, on‑site response and emergency command, and foster an international security network for mutual learning and collaboration. This program prioritizes theoretical foundations and practical‑oriented training. Its curriculum covers core modules such as international security regulations, risk identification and assessment, security plan formulation, on‑site defensive operations, first‑aid and rescue, crisis negotiation, confidentiality management and cross‑regional coordination. The teaching team consists of senior experts from military, police and security sectors, who conduct in‑depth analysis based on numerous real‑world cases. Scenario‑based simulations, emergency drills and tactical hands‑on exercises are organized to integrate classroom teaching with practical field training.
