Basic Requirements: Applicants shall uphold the leadership of the country, hold firm political beliefs, abide by laws and disciplines, and possess impeccable personal conduct with no criminal records or negative professional records. Applicants must be in good physical condition with no severe diseases, infectious diseases or psychological disorders, capable of enduring high-intensity training and security duties. The age range is 18 to 35 years old. Candidates shall have sound communication skills and emergency response capabilities. Priorities will be given to applicants with experience in policing, security operations, combat techniques, professional driving or foreign language proficiency. 3. Core Curriculum System The curriculum is tailored to real-world international VIP protection scenarios, integrating theoretical depth with practical operation, consisting of four major modules. First, theoretical foundation: international security regulations, foreign-related security laws, professional ethics for VIP protection, global security situation analysis and cross-border security operation standards. Second, risk prevention and control: itinerary risk assessment, venue security inspection, route reconnaissance and planning, pre-deployment security arrangement, latent risk identification and online public opinion security management. Third, practical professional skills: close protection tactics, emergency response to sudden attacks, combat and restraint techniques, on-site first aid and wound treatment, professional security equipment operation, security convoy driving and risk avoidance, anti-tracking and anti-surveillance capabilities.Fourth, comprehensive literacy: cross-cultural communication, foreign affairs etiquette, crisis negotiation, emergency command and coordination, and standard operating procedures for large-scale event security. Training Arrangements Training Duration: The program lasts 30 days with closed, militarized and standardized policing management, featuring full-time centralized teaching, professional training and scenario-based drills to ensure high-quality training outcomes. Courses are delivered by senior academy instructors, international security experts and front-line policing specialists. Failure to register on time without valid reasons will be regarded as automatic abandonment of admission qualification. 5. Assessment and Certification The program implements full-process attendance monitoring and comprehensive assessment, including daily performance evaluation, theoretical written examination, practical skill assessment and overall competency evaluation. Trainees who complete all courses and pass all assessments will be awarded an official VIP Protection Training Completion Certificate issued by the International Criminal Police Academy and be included in the academy’s professional talent reserve database. The certificate is nationally recognized and industry-authoritative, serving as valid qualification evidence for high-end security employment, professional promotion and foreign-related security duty performance.
